What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for used motorcycles?

We offer two container options for used motorcycles: 50 units per 20FT container, or 125 units per 40HQ container. We do not offer single-unit or small-batch motorcycle orders.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for used cars?

Our MOQ for used cars is 5 units per 40HQ container — a standard 40HQ container holds approximately 5 passenger cars, so this is effectively a full container load.

What motorcycle brands and models are available?

We primarily stock Yamaha, Kymco, SYM, PGO, Suzuki, and Aeon in the 50cc–180cc range. Available inventory changes regularly — contact us for the current stock list.

What used car brands and models are available?

We currently source used Toyota (Corolla Altis, Camry, Vios, Wish, Yaris), Hyundai (i30, Santa Fe, Matrix), Nissan (Tiida), and Suzuki (Carry) from Taiwan. Like our motorcycle stock, available car inventory changes regularly — contact us for the current stock list.

How does Luckwell grade the condition of used vehicles?

Every vehicle — motorcycle or car — is pre-shipment inspected and reported by condition grade: Grade A (excellent engine, minimal body wear), Grade B (good running condition, moderate cosmetic wear), and Grade C (functional, visible cosmetic wear, priced accordingly).

How do you ensure the condition of the vehicles?

Every unit is inspected before shipment. We provide pre-loading test-run videos and photos for each order so you know exactly what you're getting before the container is sealed.

What documents do you provide for customs clearance?

We provide a full export document set: commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading.

How do you pack the motorcycles to maximize container space and prevent damage?

We offer SKD (Semi Knocked Down) packing, where handlebars and front wheels are removed to fit more units. All units are securely strapped and cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

What are your accepted payment terms for international buyers?

Our standard terms are 50% T/T deposit to start processing the order, with the remaining 50% balance paid before loading. You can also pay through the Alibaba trade assurance system.

What is the typical lead time from order confirmation to shipment?

It usually takes 14 to 30 business days to source, inspect, clean, and pack a 40ft container after receiving your deposit. Shipping transit time varies by destination port.

Can I mix different motorcycle models in a single container order?

Yes, absolutely. We highly recommend mixing at least five different models per container. This lets you test market demand, offer a wider variety to your local buyers, and maximize your sales potential.

Can you supply mixed spare parts in the same container?

Yes, we can allocate space in your container for essential fast-moving spare parts such as tires, brake pads, spark plugs, and filters. Send us a parts list to consolidate with your vehicle order.
